DONATION & REFUND POLICY

Shree Venkatesaya Seva Trust (“Trust”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a registered charitable and non-profit organization dedicated to promoting Sanatan Dharma and serving society through humanitarian, educational, healthcare, religious, and community welfare initiatives.

We sincerely thank every donor for supporting our mission.

This Donation & Refund Policy explains how donations are accepted, utilized, and managed through our official website.


1. Voluntary Donations

All donations made to Shree Venkatesaya Seva Trust are completely voluntary and are made out of the donor’s own free will.

Donations support the Trust’s charitable, religious, educational, healthcare, environmental, and community development activities.


2. Purpose of Donations

Your generous contribution may be utilized for initiatives including, but not limited to:

  • Jeevanasya Bhojanam Iti (Food Distribution)
  • Gau Seva
  • Sadhu Bhojanam
  • Narayan Mandir Nirman
  • Sanskarini Naari
  • Bitiya Rani
  • Swasthya Sanrakshan
  • Educational Programs
  • Medical Relief
  • Disaster Relief
  • Rural Development
  • Environmental Conservation
  • Other charitable and religious activities approved by the Trust.

Where a donor specifically selects a project, the Trust will make every reasonable effort to utilize the donation for that purpose.

However, if the project has already achieved its funding requirement or becomes impractical, the Trust reserves the right to allocate the donation to another similar charitable initiative in accordance with its objectives.


3. Donation Methods

Donations may be accepted through:

  • UPI
  • Razorpay
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Google Pay
  • PhonePe
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cheque
  • Cash (where legally permissible)

4. Donation Receipt

An official donation acknowledgement or receipt will be issued for every successful donation, subject to the donor providing the necessary contact details.

Where applicable, eligible donations may qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to prevailing laws and submission of valid donor information.


5. Refund Policy

As donations are made voluntarily for charitable and religious purposes, they are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate donation made unintentionally.
  • Incorrect donation amount due to a technical or human error.
  • Multiple debits for the same transaction.
  • Failed transaction where the amount has been debited but the donation was not successfully processed.

Refund requests must normally be submitted within 7 days of the transaction along with supporting details.

Approval of refund requests shall be at the sole discretion of Shree Venkatesaya Seva Trust after verification.


6. Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the donation is not confirmed:

  • Please allow the payment gateway and banking system reasonable processing time.
  • If the issue persists, kindly contact the Trust with your transaction reference number.

7. Cancellation of Donations

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Any exceptional request shall be reviewed individually by the Trust.


8. Incorrect Information

Donors are requested to provide accurate details including:

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • PAN (where applicable)
  • Address

Incorrect information may delay issuance of receipts or tax-related documentation.


9. Payment Security

Online donations are processed through secure and authorized payment gateway providers.

Shree Venkatesaya Seva Trust does not store your:

  • Credit Card Number
  • Debit Card Number
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • Internet Banking Password
  • Other confidential payment credentials

10. Transparency & Accountability

The Trust is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

Donations are utilized solely for charitable, religious, humanitarian, educational, healthcare, environmental, and community development purposes in accordance with applicable Indian laws and the objectives of the Trust.


11. Changes to this Policy

Shree Venkatesaya Seva Trust reserves the right to update or modify this Donation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any revised version shall be published on this website.


12. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to donations or this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
